At this time our webshop sells and ships exclusively to customers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Europe, and some countries in Asia. All United States orders ship UPS Ground and International orders ship USPS. Shipping rates, terms and additional details can be seen on the checkout page. Orders ship within 2-5 business days of when they were placed. We reserve the right to deny any order for any time for any reason without notice. International orders can not be returned. All international orders are subject to customs and import duties. The recipient of the order is responsible for paying these charges.
Terms of Service
We only accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your shipment. We do not accept international returns at all. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags and packaging. Gift cards are not eligible for returns. If accepted, returns can be either exchanged or refunded. Before any returns are accepted, you must email us at email@example.com with the details of your order and return request. Once we have authorized the return we will let you know the return shipping address. If you do not email us before returning the item it will not be accepted. Any item returned without contacting us first is invalid, and you will not receive your exchange or refund. Additionally ULTRAOLIVE LLC is not responsible for any goods lost or damaged while being returned, so please insure your returns before sending. Exchanges or returns are only possible once we have physically received the goods.
Webshop Exchanges & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item. You must note on the return form if you would like a "REFUND" or to "EXCHANGE" the item. All shipping charges will not be reimbursed, and will not be included in any exchange or return. All return shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
If you are approved for an exchange, you will be given an online credit. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Note that it may take a few days for the credit to appear in your account.
Non Webshop Returns
If you purchased one of our items from a brick & mortar retail store or other retail channel, you must contact them directly regarding returns, exchanges and refunds. We only accept returns of items purchased directly through our webshop.
